1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the 711wallet service.

2Member Eligibility

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 711wallet platform. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Upon registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure. 711wallet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a Member.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 711wallet username and password confidential. You must:

4Deposits & Payment Methods

711wallet accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

711wallet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All transactions are processed in MYR with no conversion fees. 711wallet reserves the right to decline or return any deposit whose source cannot be verified. Funds deposited via third parties or through methods not listed above will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

711wallet Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per application.
• The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM 20,000. VIP Members enjoy higher limits based on their membership tier.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Requests to change the withdrawal method require additional verification.
• Members who have not completed the KYC process may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is approved.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

711wallet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses require rollover requirements to be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover is between 5x and 25x depending on the bonus type. Exact requirements are stated in each offer.
• Validity Period: Most bonuses are valid for between 7 and 30 days from the date they are credited. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

9Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

711wallet reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Member detected accessing the platform from a restricted region.
• Failure to verify identity or age when requested.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 711wallet support via email at support@711wallet.com. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal following a final review, typically within 5 business days.

For accounts suspended temporarily due to security reviews, 711wallet will endeavour to conclude the investigation within 14 business days and inform the Member of the outcome via their registered email.

10Responsible Gambling

• Loss Limit: Set a limit on the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, the system will block further betting for that period.

711wallet reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of the platform, games, promotions, or services at any time without prior notice. Changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated via a notice on the platform and/or to the Member's registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Member and 711wallet regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior communications or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
